For the past few years Media Rerun has been running the backbone of this scene. If a house wasn’t open for a show then media rerun pretty much always was. We will be the most sad to see it go. We built our friendships and musicianship skills there and those things can never be forgotten. This is thanks to John Judkins. He did so many things to inspire us as a local business when he could’ve acted like the rest of this town and called us gross and told us we were no good. I am here to tell you that it will be okay...We will continue to release music and throw massive shows (when it’s safe) because we wanna use the tools that John gave us when we didn’t know anything.

I only went to MR a handful of times in my life for shows, but dear god those visits consisted of some of the best and most memorable moments of my life so far. Thank you guys for everything ❤️ your store changed my life.

I remember being 11-12 years old going to my first Bucket City Punx show. It seriously changed my life seeing bands like Black Market Kidney Surgeon and L.I.P.S. play right in front of me in that store as I was keeping myself up with the pit right behind me. I went to a few others in 2019, like when I saw Friendship Commanders, which was so awesome. But that show in 2020 blew my mind. Such a wonderful place that I hold very dear to my heart and young pre-teen years and I don't think I'll ever forget it.

Nothing can replace the memories I have of booking all of the talented, beautiful musical acts that came through. Found many of my current favorite bands that way, actually. Much love to all the talent, all the customers, and everyone else. Media Rerun has been a part of my life since I was eight, and its indelible marks will remain long past its lifetime.

My first show was here. I’ve been goin to shows here since 2017...Media rerun will forever be apart of my childhood.
