About
Squeez’ers was a short-lived venue located at 2111 East Main Street. It was open for approximately one year and the lease was not renewed. The building was owned by Lee Roberts (who also owns The Boro Bar and Grill) and was home to several venues between the 1980s and the early 2000s. Folks recall that the space wasn’t great and had some electrical issues (which almost resulted in a medical emergency at least once). The building is still standing and is now a sports complex for a rugby field.

Stories and Testimonials
"They had a big bash during the last few days it was open. I even brought my dog Bandit with me, and the owner poured him a bowl of beer right from the tap!"
Randy Prior
"I played there once in like 95? and got banned."
Craig Murphy
We played there several times. It wasn't a great room to play. I saw my dear friend Chad G. almost die from electrocution on the stage there. There was a volleyball net outside."
Linus Haggard Byars
"I played there a bunch with Blue Healer, Shoo Fly Pie, Saturn V, Little Chocolate donuts... I remember meeting the guy for the first time and asking him to repeat the name of the bar...Before they had a sign. He said 'Squeeze 'ers, not mine.'"
